Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship in stock orders the same business day for orders placed before 3pm AEDT. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible, with a tracking number to follow your delivery. We offer free tracked shipping for orders over $99. All orders are shipped with Australia Post for safe delivery.

ISSUE WITH PRODUCT
While we take every precaution when packing orders, occasionally items can be damaged during transit or may have a manufacturing defect. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
To begin the process, please email us with details of the issue. We may ask for photos of the item and the packaging so we can review the situation.
Once we have assessed the issue, we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
