Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are accepted provided the item is returned new, unopened, and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

The original shipping cost paid by Wrestling Store Australia to send the order will not be refunded. This includes orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, as the shipping cost is still incurred by the store.

Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a change of mind return.

Returns for Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If the issue is determined to be our fault, you will receive a full refund including any shipping paid.

We may request photographic evidence of the issue before processing a return or replacement.

Box Condition / Packaging

Wrestling Store Australia takes great care when packing orders to ensure they arrive safely.

However, minor cosmetic wear to packaging may occur during shipping and is not considered a fault. If an item arrives significantly damaged or not of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so we can assist.

Cancellations / Refunds

Order cancellations may be approved at the discretion of Wrestling Store Australia.

Approved refunds for change-of-mind cancellations may incur a 15% processing fee to cover payment provider and administration costs.

Refunds required under Australian Consumer Law will not incur any fees.

Refunds may be issued via a different payment method than originally used if required.

Product Delays

Product delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

If a delay exceeds 3 months beyond the estimated release timeframe, customers may request:

  • An exchange for other items, or

  • A full refund with no cancellation fee

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
